PRE-ORDER FAQs:

What is a pre-order? A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn’t been released or is not currently in stock yet. This allows customers to reserve products and limited sizes at a discount before they are released on the website. Pre-orders typically require a longer shipping time, but items are discounted from retail price. This will vary for each pre-order sale.

How do I order? Orders are placed just like any other product. Select your size, color, and/or quantity and proceed to checkout. All orders will be paid at the time it is placed. You can choose any payment type offered on our site, including sezzle pay (pay in 4 installments).

What are open-closing dates? Each pre-order sale will have an open-closing date. The open date is when pre-orders can be placed and closing dates are cut-off times when the sale ends, and the items will no longer be available to reserve until they are live on the site. To stay informed on pre-order dates and sneak-peek previews, subscribe to our VIP e-mail subscriber list and join our VIP facebook group.

When will I receive my order? All pre-orders sales will have an estimated ship time listed. This can vary from 5-7 days, or sometimes sooner/later. All our orders include shipping confirmation with tracking numbers. We strongly suggest the “SHOP” app for staying informed on incoming packages. Why was my order cancelled? If there is an unpaid invoice at closing date, we may cancel and refund your order. There will be reminders sent prior to closing. Unfortunately, we must collect all payment up front. For those of you who would like to pay in installments, we offer sezzle as a payment option. In some instances, orders may be cancelled/refunded after the closing date. This only happens if for whatever reason the item you ordered is not available. You will be contacted via e-mail should this happen.
